Perfect recipes require the right mixture of essential ingredients. Sometimes how those ingredients interact with each other makes it hard for us to pick them out, and we can be shocked when we find out what something is actually made of. There is no doubt that all of us have moments were we import false expectations on to our understanding of Salvation. I hope to show you form Mark’s telling of the Triumphal entry on that great Palm Sunday that God’s way of triumphant salvation is NOT our way, but it is glorious!
