Isaiah has a history of grace unfolding that will require a suffering servant who is wounded for our transgressions and killed by His own people, but also guarantees a Conquering Lord who cleans the house of all the opponents of God, His Word, and His people. Isaiah’s history is our history – it is the churches history and it teaches us that grace has made us most precious to God!
