We may not be able to plug-in a formula for church growth by observing the early church, but we still can benefit from observing the heart and soul of a Kingdom spreading, Spirit-filled church. That must be why Luke gives us a second cameo, so similar to the first, to show us that Christ’s reign establishes Christ’s image through the church!
