Do you want to follow God’s will for your life? Sure, but do you have the equipment to follow it? Not without grace. You see, just as the flesh is always seeking out either self-salvation (legalism) or cheap grace (antinomianism), so the flesh always collides with the Spirit when God’s will calls us to suffer. Once again Paul own life is a demonstration of what reliance on grace looks like, and shows us that only the Grace of God can empower us to follow God’s will!
